How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During new collection launches or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Are Ninja Polish products 5-free?

Yes! All of our custom-blended polishes are 5-free, meaning they do not contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor.

What is your return policy?

Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail polish. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to a select list of countries. Please note that international shipping for nail polish is subject to strict hazardous materials regulations, which may affect shipping rates and delivery times.

How should I store my nail polish to ensure it lasts?

Store your polishes in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Always ensure the neck of the bottle is clean before tightening the cap to prevent the formula from thickening or drying out.
